Hallo,

Dear friends,
As your guide on various rivers in California, Idaho, and Alaska, I would like
to invite you to join me on a trip to Siberia in summer 2011. This trip is
organized and supported by ECHO River Trips. It is a unique opportunity to
visit a very remote corner of southern Siberia. It is located at the
geographical center of the Asian subcontinent- the farthest place from any
ocean. We will run a beautiful river named Kaa-Khem from the border between
Russia and Mongolia. The river itself is Class IV. It carries its crystal clear
water between gorgeous mountains covered with taiga for 166 miles. It will be a
true wilderness adventure: we will cook over a campfire, sit on logs and eat
fish that we catch. You will meet many Russians and experience the local culture
of our guides and people in small remote villages and cities.
I would also be happy to join you if you wish to visit the stunningly beautiful
city of St. Petersburg before the river trip. I spent 5 years of my college life
in this city and would love to share it with you.
You will find all additional information about the trip on the ECHO website
(
http://www.echotrips.com/siberia/ ) or you can call the ECHO office at
800-652-3246 or e-mail me at
vlad@echotrips.com . Please join our trip, it
certainly will be a fun trip for adults and kids!
I look forward to seeing you in Siberia!
Yours Vlad
